The title says it: a pipe sleeve slides on over the pipe, and that is it, done. The clip runs well under a minute. If a sleeve over the plumbing vent is what you are after, our Rapid Sleeve is a 10 inch metal pipe sleeve with an elongated drip cap and a lower flare.
