Rapid Sleeve, the Stone Coated Pipe Sleeve

There are three things to know about the shape. The body is a 10" metal pipe sleeve, metal and not rubber. The top carries an elongated drip cap. The bottom opens into a lower flare, and that flare is the part our flyer says perfectly seals any plumber vent.

Then comes the finish. The sleeve is stone coated, which is what separates it from a painted pipe or a plain one. We describe it as a stone-coated metal sleeve that gives you a professional, low-profile finish, and that is how it reads on a roof: a pipe in the roof color, sitting low and neat, with no rubber and no paint showing. Most roofers could put a face to every item on it. Rubber collars on standard pipe boots dry out and crack in the sun. The sealant that was supposed to back them up breaks. Spray paint on a galvanized pipe fades, and the over spray settles on the granules of a roof that was brand new a week ago. Bare metal starts to rust. Granulated sock covers pulled over a pipe to hide it fail too. Each of those ends with a leak, an ugly pipe, or both, and then a call back.

The flyer's sign off is to say "goodbye" to these headaches and eye sores, and a metal sleeve with a stone coated finish is how it proposes to do that.
