Bay Area Service Areas

Most of our towns are here. It starts at home in Fremont and runs up the bay side through Newark, Union City, Hayward and San Leandro to Oakland, where salt air off the bay is hard on bare galvanized pipe. Over the hills, the Tri-Valley towns of Dublin, Pleasanton and Livermore get hot summers, and that sun is tough on a spray painted jack.

San Ramon sits just north of Dublin along I-680, at the top of the Tri-Valley. It is a town of planned neighborhoods and homeowners associations, where a painted pipe on one roof stands out against the rest, and stone coated flashings in the roof color help a whole street look consistent.

In the South Bay, our flashings go on roofs in Milpitas, just south of Fremont, and across the valley floor in Santa Clara, Sunnyvale and Mountain View. Plenty of neighborhoods here are blocks of homes from the same era with similar rooflines, which makes one shiny vent or cracked rubber collar easy to spot.

Redwood City is our Peninsula town, across the bay from Fremont. Homes there run from older neighborhoods near downtown to houses in the hills on the west side, and every one of those roofs has pipes and vents that can match it.
